No Strings Attached

Story: In this comedy, Emma (Natalie Portman) and Adam (Ashton Kutcher) are life-long friends who almost ruin everything by having sex one morning. In order to protect their friendship, they make a pact to keep their relationship strictly "no strings attached." "No strings" means no jealousy, no expectations, no fighting, no flowers, no baby voices. It means they can do whatever they want, whenever they want, in whatever public place they want, as long as they don't fall in love. The questions become - Can you have sex without love getting in the way? And can their friendship survive?

Just watched this movie.i don't really like this kinda movie but this time i do and i don't exactly know the reason behind it.may be i was alone and had an ample time to watch.but i really do like performance by Natalie especially and also of kutcher. For those who just look at the bigger picture, are not bothered about the sex stuff as most of the Hollywood movies do have, than they will definitely like it.
One advice, if u really wanna enjoy this movie than do take out free time to enjoy this movie...
watch it !! :)

Worries in the air .... last paper at CUST !! [14-1-12]

Worries in the air.....

This picture can easily depict you whats this id all about but its more than that......
its a combination of freedom, joy, worries and search for something new !!
Yesterday, i had my final paper of International Marketing and we all marketers had celebrated the 'End of Papers' day..
the way mubi was tearing papers into pieces and the way he was asking everyone to pass him their papers really makes me feel the same about him as most of my group members do !! :p (you better know that word aren't you mubi ?? :P)
i really njoyed this wounderful opportunity to 'throw my worries for a time being in the air'.
you can easily judge the calmness and joyfulness of every one in the above picture..

Its worth more than just reading : Abraham Lincoln’s Letter To His Son’s Teacher

Abraham Lincoln

Respected Teacher,
My son will have to learn I know that all men are not just, all men are not true.
But teach him also that for ever scoundrel there is a hero; that for every selfish politician, there is a dedicated leader.
Teach him that for every enemy there is a friend.
It will take time, I know; but teach him, if you can, that a dollar earned is far more valuable than five found.
Teach him to learn to lose and also to enjoy winning.
Steer him away from envy, if you can.
Teach him the secret of quite laughter. Let him learn early that the bullies are the easiest to tick.

Teach him, if you can, the wonder of books.. but also give him quiet time to ponder over the eternal mystery of birds in the sky, bees in the sun, and flowers on a green hill –side.
In school teach him it is far more honourable to fail than to cheat.
Teach him to have faith in his own ideas, even if every one tells him they are wrong.
Teach him to be gentle with gentle people and tough with the tough.
Try to give my son the strength not to follow the crowd when every one is getting on the bandwagon.
Teach him to listen to all men but teach him also to filter all he hears on a screen of truth and take only the good that comes through.
Teach him, if you can, how to laugh when he is sad. Teach him there is no shame in tears. Teach him to scoff at cynics and to beware of too much sweetness.
Teach him to sell his brawn and brain to the highest bidders; but never to put a price tag on his heart and soul.
Teach him to close his ears to a howling mob… and to stand and fight if he thinks he’s right.
Treat him gently; but do not cuddle him because only the test of fire makes fine steel.
Let him have the courage to be impatient, let him have the patience to be brave. Teach him always to have sublime faith in himself because then he will always have sublime faith in mankind.
This is a big order; but see what you can do. He is such a fine little fellow, my son.

-Abraham Lincoln.

Video footage: Marketing Vs. Finance Cricket Match on 3rd December 2011

IN Pictures: Marketing Vs. Finance Cricket Match on 3rd December 2011

Although i didn't wana go to CUST early morning (although the match timings were 11 am but for me its was morning as it was on weekend) to attend not play, this match but i have to go because Ahmed was a key player (although he played awfully) and i have to drop him.se we have reached near about at 12 because we belong to P-Time country :) .
when i had reached there the match was going on between BBA & MBA which we have lost.
The main match was started at 12.40 pm i think and Marketing team had won the toss and opted to play.

guess who ??
I dont know the score exactly as i was more into capturing the moments rather than focusing on the match but the score was good.
After completing the bating, finance team entered the grounds to play. They had played well because Mubarik had helped them a lot in scoring sixes and boundaries but there he steeped onto the pitch and turn the game: Moin had done an awesome job and didn't allowed finance team to even score 4 runs in last over.
Last man was run out .......... hurrah !!!!

Although, finance team didn't confess that they have lost the match but i was able to record finance team's captain saying 'pehlay hi hum aik match haar chukay hain (we already have lost one match)'.
so that is how this awesome, fantastic event came to end with again a full of memory day .........
